A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Mark worked in numerous 5-star restaurants before trading in his chefs hat for a pitch fork and moving to the country. He is happy to have found his happy medium in Hush.
A true farmers daughter, Julie's passion for food started young, and she has the awards to prove it. Her secret power is her ability to source the most exquisite ingredients, often taken from her own backyard.
Joy knows food. She also knows people. Along with her impressive marketing background she is a triple threat in the food industry. Her trusted reviews are adored and feared by chefs everywhere.
Suppers are themed around a general idea, but specifics (including the menu) won’t be revealed until the last minute. Here’s how it will go down:
Once you’ve chosen a supper and reserved your seat, you will receive a confirmation email. | |
Two days before the event you will receive another email with instructions including an address. | |
The day of the event, simply show up at the address provided. There you will be given an envelope with a password to get into your final destination (it will be closeby). |

Tell us your preferred date for the party as well as a back up option (we can usually accommodate).
Names and email addresses are all we need. We’ll send out ‘save the dates’ to your guests beforehand, and directions to your secret location a day or two prior.
